• protection from Sandy-type incidents  (I have been personally involved with Holmdel police walk-through and written evaluation of a preschool- and understand they have done the same with Holmdel schools.  What has Middletown done?
• protection of kids from open internet access: porn, prowlers, or even ISIS recruitment!  I understand Instagram photos/video are very popular among kids.  Also, kids’ desire to root their phone to enable screen capture and disable resulting report to the sender of the photo.
